These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website maplegr.com ("Site") and any services provided by MapleGrid ("MapleGrid", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the Site or engaging MapleGrid for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About MapleGrid
MapleGrid is a privately owned IT services business operated by Danielle Lynne Bloss from 301 Grant St, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, United States. We provide custom software development, SaaS development, mobile and web application development, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, SEO, digital marketing, business automation, and IT consulting services.
2. Services
All services are provided under a separate written Master Services Agreement and accompanying Statement of Work that define scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria. Information presented on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to deliver services.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for engagements are quoted in writing and are based on the scope of each project. Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and accepted payment methods are described in each Statement of Work. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client under a Statement of Work are assigned to the client, subject to MapleGrid retaining ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and generic methodologies used to deliver the work. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by MapleGrid or its licensors.
5. Confidentiality
MapleGrid handles client information as confidential and is prepared to execute mutual non-disclosure agreements prior to engagement discussions. Specific confidentiality terms are set out in each Master Services Agreement.
6. Acceptable Use of the Site
- You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
- You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
7. Warranties and Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While MapleGrid takes reasonable steps to ensure information on the Site is accurate, we make no warranties about completeness, reliability, or availability. Service warranties, if any, are defined in the applicable Statement of Work.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MapleGrid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability in connection with services is limited as described in the applicable Master Services Agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
